Works, but the brightness of the lights does not change linearly when turning the nob. The lights flicker while turning the nob and it takes a bit of work to find the right brightness level that does not have the lights flicker every now and then. But since I am using them to dim the lights to a comfortable level once and plan to leave them there forever, I can use them. I turn the lights on/off with a different switch. If I was planning to use this dimmer to switch on/off and/or dim/brighten the lights every day, I would not have accepted this.

I was looking for a high quality device and this product exceeded my expectation. It feels hard and heavy duty and works perfectly regulating light of both incandesent and led bulbs. Also I receive it earlier than I expected. Totally recommended.
